MGS Audits

Specialized Audits

Audits are a reliable way to get an assessment of your machine’s current condition. This service helps you make informed decisions about upcoming parts and service needs and your maintenance budget. 

Each audit includes a half-day onsite evaluation of your machine, including, but not limited to:

  • Tooling
  • Bearings
  • Chains (including buckets and flights)
  • Pumps
  • Filters
  • Valves
  • Consumables (vacuum cups, wear parts)

After your audit, you’ll receive:

  • A report of all evaluated components, with green/yellow/red color-coding to indicate which components are in good working order, which show wear but do not need replacement for 3–6 months and which need to be replaced right away
  • Recommendations and pricing for replacement parts and service
