It handles regular slotted containers (RSC), wrap arounds (WA), and tray styles all in one single machine for an array of product types. 

Engineered to meet the growing demands of manufacturers with versatility, reliability, and a space-conscious footprint, the MatriX SL™ is a powerful addition to production lines across the Food, Pharma, Personal Care, and Home Care industries. 

Advanced technology for diverse packaging needs 

With diverse product packing capabilities, the MatriX SL™ is available with multiple infeed designs to support a wide range of products and configurations while delivering outputs up to 30 cases per minute. Whether packing cartons, bottles, pouches, cups, flow-wraps, or rigid containers, the MatriX SL™ adapts to production priorities with ease. 

Powered by the Beckhoff XTS linear transport system, the MatriX SL™ boasts dynamic case handling capabilities to accommodate variations in case sizes, weights, and speeds. The adaptive gluing system is also configurable with traveling or stationary glue modules for enhanced flexibility by case style.  

Using the intuitive Coesa Digital OptiMate HMI, operators can easily configure pack patterns and complete changeovers in less than 10 minutes, saving time during production changes and optimizing efficiency.

Even with its powerful capabilities, the MatriX SL™ maintains a relatively compact footprint at approximately 16.4 ft x 4 ft, including the case magazine (excluding infeed). Furthermore, its center-justified design provides operator-friendliness while simplifying layouts and operations. 

Suitable for many industries, the MatriX SL™ is GAMP compliant for pharma and retail/shelf-ready compatible for FMCG, ensuring it meets the needs of regulated and customer-facing products alike.

1. Controller

3. Legal Basis

The data processing under letter a. above is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract between you and Coesia and/or the Company.  

The data processing under letters b. and c. is based on the legitimate interest of both the Company and Coesia S.p.A. to send you marketing communication and evaluate the Insight Data to set out marketing strategies and send you information based on your interests. 

4. Data sharing purpose

In accordance to the Privacy Policy and given your explicit consent, the Company may share your personal data with other companies of the Coesia group (“Coesia Entity/ies”, which act as Joint Controllers, jointly the Company) in order to allow the other Coesia Entities to send you marketing and commercial information, newsletters and/or materials and to process the Insight Data within Profiling (as specified under letters b. and c.). 

You can give your explicit consent to the data sharing for marketing purpose checking the following box. In this case, the profiling processing will be carried on the basis of the recipient Coesia Entity’s legitimate interest. 

It remains understood that in case of denial of giving your consent, the marketing and profiling processing will be carried out only by Coesia and by the Company based on their legitimate interests, as specified above.
